Mitch works with our third-party accounting partner, providing dedicated accounting support and financial oversight for R&M’s managed portfolio. He brings years of experience with AppFolio and property accounting across multifamily, HOA/condominium associations, and commercial properties.

From bookkeeping and reconciliations to owner statements, financial reporting, bill processing, and day-to-day accounting, Mitch works closely with our management team to keep each property’s finances accurate, organized, and positioned for long-term success.
